STREET
Since January 6, 1996, sixty-second anniversary of his death, a major street in the city center, at a cost of the cathedral, bears his name by agreement H. City of Monterrey. Within the opening acts, HE. Mr. Don Alfonso Hinojosa Berrones, Auxiliary Bishop of Monterey, unveiled a plaque placed at the front of the house marked with the number 817 on the street, where Father Jardón lived and died. This decision was made after seeing the biography of Father Jardón and hear the testimonies show the magnanimity of this priest, especially towards the most deprived and also because Father Jardón lived, worked and died in the neighborhood of the Cathedral , Old Town today.
